The screening will joined with the opening of “Firemount”, written and directed by Dan Denegre.
Set in a dark, medieval world, a wandering swordsman seeks the cure
to a disease eating away at his body. It's in his home city that
his past comes to haunt him once more - the feared
warlord, Aldon, crashes in and captures Orson.
There, in a dark cell, Orson learns that Aldon holds
the cure, but to get it, he must help Aldon become something
more powerful than the world can stop. Orson, near
his end, has to make a choice. With the help of Emily,
the leader of a rebel band, Orson decides to take matters into
own hands and turn back the tide...

Buttercup
“Buttercup” is a short comedy about an 'overweight' high schooler who, in order to attain
a full scholarship for college, must join an extracurricular sport and succeed.
The problem becomes more challenging when another potential scholar
pays off a coach to put him on the track team as a pole vaulter.
The question awaits a final answer before Royster, the scholarship donor can
give away the big check, "Will the fat man fly?"
